Our unique Blue Bvjalie Gin is infused with blue butterfly pea flower for seventy-two hours to give the gin its distinctive colour, then refined with pure Barossa Valley rainwater.
Mix it with anything of low pH — tonic, lemon water, lime juice — and the colour changes dramatically from deep blue to blossom pink. It's witchcraft with pure science.
Serve — Pour over ice, add tonic, and watch it turn.
